Dogs are welcome at your rent house only, not on the remainder of the horse facility.
Dog deposits - $150 per dog
Monthly dog fee $50
We are not looking for a renter looking to also board a horse - however, would consider, if it was a great fit.
If a horse was considered to board, this is the pricing:
$200 deposit per horse
Self-care monthly $250-$450 each

The facility this home is located on has a covered roundpen, a large 150X 300 ' arena and a large roundpen and a square pen both with lights,...that can all be used by a tenant with horses. (the show barn is off-limits unless you rent it for the year) priority use of the arenas are given to the renter of the show barn. There are 4 arenas and multiple are always empty and available for use at any time. The arenas are always worked monthly, and are worked daily seasonally, but are not maintained daily/weekly for full time/performance use year round. If you want to set up barrels, you will need to come with your own tractor and drag and maintain the ground well.
